The Human Development, Behaviour and Policy group focuses on building capabilities and increasing human capital by working on issues related to health education, skills, opportunities and social mobility. It will seek to understand people's decision-making and analyse the effectiveness and impact of past, current and future policies to recommend effective intervention in line with holistic human development
